Precision engineering and manufacturing of components

engineering  and manufacturing  for  3D  printed components

Industrial prototyping and small-batch production. We develop functional components from your ideas, unavailable parts, damaged samples, scans, or 3D models.

Material capabilities for precision engineering and manufacturing

GENERAL-PURPOSE & FUNCTIONAL POLYMERS

ENGINEERING & FLEXIBLE POLYMERS

  • PLA — Detailed prototypes, models and general-purpose components.

  • PETG — Tough, versatile parts with good chemical and moisture resistance.

  • ABS / ASA — Durable functional components; ASA is particularly suited to outdoor and UV-exposed applications.

  • HIPS — Lightweight, impact-resistant parts and specialist applications.

  • PA (Nylon) — Tough, wear-resistant components requiring good mechanical performance.

  • PBT — Engineering parts requiring dimensional stability, chemical resistance and good electrical properties.

  • TPU — Flexible, impact-resistant parts such as seals, protective components, grips and vibration-damping features.

  • Specialist Polymers — Additional materials selected according to the application's mechanical, thermal and environmental requirements.

FIBRE-REINFORCED COMPOSITES

MULTI-MATERIAL & DUAL-NOZZLE PRINTING

  • Carbon-Fibre Reinforced — Increased stiffness and dimensional stability for demanding functional components.

  • Glass-Fibre Reinforced — Strong, durable materials with improved rigidity and thermal performance.

  • Reinforced grades are available across suitable engineering polymer families.

  • Application-Specific Selection — Material chosen according to strength, stiffness, temperature, wear and environmental requirements.

  • Multi-Material Printing — Combine rigid and flexible polymers in a single component, such as TPU with a rigid structural material, for integrated seals, grips, impact zones or compliant features.

  • Dedicated Support Materials — Use a secondary material for support interfaces to improve underside finish, reduce scarring and allow cleaner separation on complex geometries.

  • Material Separation — Dual-nozzle printing allows different materials to be kept isolated rather than sharing a single nozzle, helping with combinations that are difficult or messy in single-nozzle systems.
